Introduction: Open Door Fellowship (ODF) is a non-denominational Christian Ministry whose teachings and belief are based on the Bible.
Bible: God inspired people to write the Bible (His Word), revealing His plan and His love for us. The Bible is the Word of God, that its original manuscripts are free from errors and contradictions. It is the one and only infallible, authoritative, and trustworthy rule for faith and life. (2 Peter. 1:21, 2 Tim. 3:16).
God: God exists from everlasting to everlasting and is the Creator of all things (Genesis, chapter 1:1-31) and expresses Himself as Father, Son and Holy Spirit. God is the only Supreme Being. (Isaiah 44:6-8 ; 1 Tim. 1:17). He has always been God and was never anything else (Psalm 90:2). He is Holy (Rev. 4:8), Omnipotent (Jer. 32:17,), Omnipresent (Psalm 139:8), Omniscient (1 John 3:20); He is Love (1 John 4:8,; Light (1 John 1:5); Spirit (John 4:24); Truth (John 14:6); He is to be worshiped (John 4:23).
Jesus: Jesus Christ is true God and true man, having been conceived of the Holy Spirit and born of the virgin Mary (Matt. 1:18). Jesus Christ is the Word (God) who became a man. He added human nature to His divine nature. He is both human and divine (John 1:1-3,14). .
Holy Spirit: But when he, the Spirit of truth, comes, he will guide you into all truth. He will not speak on his own; he will speak only what he hears, and he will tell you what is yet to come (John 16:13).
Trinity: There is one God in whom there are three eternal, distinct, simultaneous persons — the Father, the Son (Jesus Christ), and the Holy Spirit. All three are the one God, co-eternal, co-equal (John 10:25-30) (John 16:5-7; 13-15).
Salvation: Through the decision of one man (Adam) death entered the world, separating us from God. Since then, we’re all born separated from God. (Rom 5:12)
For God so loved the world that He gave his one and only Son, JESUS, who died on the cross as a sacrifice for our sins according to the Scriptures (I Thess. 4:14) that whoever believes in him shall not perish but have eternal life (John 3:16).
All we have to do is believe in Jesus, and ask to be forgiven of all our sins and accept Jesus as our Lord and Savior (Rom. 10:9-10). We can then spend eternity with God (John 3:3).
Love: This is real love–not that we loved God, but that he loved us and sent his Son as a sacrifice to take away our sins. (I John 4:10 NLT)
